Consultancy for Schools
Placing learners at the heart of every decision.
Service Description
Schools today are navigating increasing complexity: rising SEND need, stretched staff capacity, behaviour and attendance pressures, digital inequality, and heightened accountability. Too often, schools are expected to “do more” without the structures, training, or external support required to make meaningful change. My consultancy offers practical, evidence-informed support to schools, trusts, and local authorities seeking to strengthen inclusive practice and improve outcomes for all learners - particularly those with SEND, SEMH needs, EAL, or who are at risk of exclusion or disengagement. This work is rooted in over a decade of senior leadership experience, including Head of Department, Head of Key Stage, Acting Assistant Headteacher, and Designated Safeguarding Lead roles. I understand the realities of schools from the inside: competing priorities, limited budgets, staffing challenges, and the pressure of inspection frameworks. My approach is therefore realistic, collaborative, and focused on sustainable improvement, not short-term fixes.
